I was one of the last people to interview David Crosby.

Here's the story (and the full audio) of my conversation with the late-folk rock legend.
One of the most enduring images of the late David Crosby, photographed in 1970 by Henry Diltz.

I spoke to Crosby on December 6th, 2022 — six weeks before he passed away. The interview itself begins at the 15:18 mark of the video above.

You can stream the interview (minus the setup) via my YouTube.

I wouldn’t say Crosby was quite as blunt or incendiary as usual when he and I spoke that day, but he didn’t pull punches about the Kardashians, rap music, climate change, etc.

I would also >highly< recommend Relix magazine contributor Dean Budnick’s interview, which took place even closer to Crosby’s passing than mine.

Enjoy!
